To help us communicate effectively with all owners, long-term renters, and vacation rental managers — and to ensure our parking spaces are reserved for authorized residents and guests — we ask that all owners register their information with the Board and the Resident Manager.
Your registration allows us to better serve you and your renters while maintaining the integrity and security of our community. Use the button above to register, if you have not already done so.

Internal unit remodeling that involves moving walls, windows, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning installation requires Puamana Board approvals, Kauai county permit, and in some cases require PHCA approvals.
Landscaping Modifications
Landscaping Modifications
Owners who wish to enhance the landscaping surrounding their unit must first obtain approvals from the board. If approved, owner is responsible for the expenses and be aware that anything you put on the ground are HOA's property, they don't belong to you.
