To help us communicate effectively with all owners, long-term renters, and vacation rental managers, and to ensure our parking spaces are reserved for authorized residents and guests, we ask that all owners register their information with the Board and the Resident Manager.

Your registration allows us to better serve you and your renters while maintaining the integrity and security of our community. Please fill in the HOA Owner's Registration Form if you have not already done so.

As Puamana a community within the Princeville Hanalei Community Association (PHCA), we also encourage each owner to register with PHCA to receive news and vote on important issues. https://www.myprinceville.com/

Vacation Rental Units

Please place a copy of the Puamana Visitor Rules in your unit or with your rental agreement.

To be compliance with the Princeville Hanalei Community Association, please register your rental unit and your on-island contact with PHCA at https://www.myprinceville.com/

Finally, please make sure your property tax classification is setup for vacation rental. The Kauai taxation office will fine you if you are renting out your unit but paying a resident property tax rate.

We are changing the community TV and Internet bulk contract from Spectrum to Hawaiian Telcom FiOptics, effective December 1, 2025. Internal units installation is scheduled from Nov 10 to Nov 26 including Saturdays. More information will be emailed to owners regarding account sign up and installation scheduling.
