We have changed the community TV and Internet bulk contract from Spectrum to Hawaiian Telcom FiOptics, effective December 1, 2025. This service is paid by your HOA dues at a very discounted rate negotiated with HTEL for Puamana. You may add upgrades directly via your HTEL account and pay on your own, upgrades information can be found on your HTEL account website. Residents who wish to keep the Spectrum service will have to pay Spectrum on your own at retail rate.

If you experience any issues with your Hawaiian Telcom service, please call (808) 643-2855 — available 24/7.
The customer service representative will first try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. If a technician visit is necessary, be sure to inform the representative that Puamana is under a bulk services agreement, which helps ensure your service appointment is expedited.
