Landscaping

Owners who wish to enhance the landscaping surrounding their unit must first obtain an approval from the board.

If approved, owner is responsible for the expenses and the work to make the change.

As all common areas are the HOA's property, be aware that anything you put on the ground are HOA's property, they don't belong to you. The board may remove invasive plantings at your expense if required to keep the buildings safe and in good shape.
